I’m actively looking for an SDR/BDR role where I can bring my lead gen experience, obsession with follow-up, and sales mindset into a team that’s hungry to grow.
Let’s build something that scales.

I’m Matthew DeSarno — a self-taught SDR who built my own outbound machine from scratch.
I’ve cold-called 75 businesses a day, built CRM workflows to follow up, and tested how to turn cold leads into booked calls — without a sales team or paid ads.
Now I’m looking to bring that same execution and obsession to a team that values consistency, systems, and growth.

Here’s what I’ve built, who it helped, and what it produced — all solo.
I didn’t take the traditional path.
I built my own CRM. My own cold email flow. My own lead engine.
75 calls a day, no scripts, no support — just reps and results.
Now I’m ready to plug into a team and go.
I want to bring this same energy to a role where I can execute, grow, and help win deals at scale.

I started in the trenches — making 75 cold calls a day selling plumbing products to commercial contractors. No scripts. No shortcuts. Just persistence and results.
But I didn’t stop at the phones. I got obsessed with why some calls worked and others didn’t. I began building automated follow-up systems, rewriting cold email copy, and learning how to scale outreach using AI, no-code tools, and CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, and GoHighLevel.
That curiosity led me to launch my own systems projects under MKD Digital. I’ve since built lead gen engines for gyms, tested appointment-booking flows for B2B businesses, and optimized pipelines that actually close deals — not just collect leads.
I believe in:

I’m not looking for a job — I’m looking for a mission.
If you need someone who shows up, solves problems, executes without ego, and makes sales work better — I’m your guy.
